BITKWA is a nonprofit Bitcoin only community based in Kwara State, Nigeria, pioneering Bitcoin adoption, education, and developer empowerment in Nigeria through grassroots projects like the Bitcoin Merchants Onboarding Project (BMOP), BitKwa Bitcoin Diploma, The Bitcoin Hurdle (Meetups & Conferences) and Bitkwa Labs. As we seek funding and strategic partnerships to deepen and scale this work, we have chosen to focus on Kwara State, a region whose unique mix of commerce, youth potential, and strategic location offers fertile ground for sustainable Bitcoin-driven impact.
